 If you have an interest in any of the many properties listed within this website, APP is able to offer you all of the essential services necessary for buying that property as safely and efficiently as possible. After speaking with or meeting with an APP representative in your area, APP will be able to customize a tour of Panama that will allow you to not only view the various properties and developments of interest, but also enjoy all the other aspects of Panama that make it one of Latin America's newest and most exciting tourist destinations.
Tours will be custom designed to meet your every need, desire and budget, and will be led by Joseph Bremer, a fully bilingual, dual citizen of Panama and the United States. The size of each tour will depend on the time of the year and demand, but all efforts will be made to match the interests of all clients. These tours will be a combination of business (seeing properties) and pleasure (experiencing the wonders of beautiful Panama). After receiving a $200, non-refundable deposit, APP will begin to put together a tentative itinerary that will include your departure date, airline, length of your stay in Panama, lodging, activities, properties of interest and total cost.  We will then email you this itinerary to make sure that everything is covered. If you would like anything changed, we will be happy to make the adjustments and send you the revised itinerary. Once you approve the itinerary, and we receive the balance for the cost of the trip, we will confirm all of your reservations and mail you the airline ticket within 2-3 weeks.
Upon arrival in Panama and after passing through customs, you will be personally met by an APP representative, given a cell phone (one per couple) in case of emergencies and shown the best that Panama has to offer. On days designated for visiting properties and/or developments, you will be escorted to each property site (pre-selected before departure) where you will be met by one of APP's fully licensed real estate brokers, as well as by a representative of each development. If, having seen all of the pre-selected properties, you are interested in buying, APP's real estate broker will arrange all of the necessary paperwork and will give you a list of recommended lawyers for the final purchase. |
