Management
Patrick Bremer – General Manager/Marketing/Sales
Fully bilingual and a dual citizen of the United States and Panama, Patrick manages the day-to-day operations of APP. Having earned a degree in Marketing with a specialization in International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Patrick has spent the greater part of his time (since graduating) working overseas in such places as Japan, Argentina and Spain, the latter two of which have contributed to his Spanish fluency, international network of contacts and general business perspective. Having also made multiple trips to Panama since a very young age, Patrick also possesses extensive knowledge about Panama and a network of personal contacts there. Patrick will also be an APP Sales Agent in Chicago.

Joseph Bremer – Assistant Manager/Lead Tour Guide/Sales
Born and raised in Panama, Joseph has spent the majority of his life working in the field of medicine in the suburbs of Chicago. Recently, Joe has been operating his own tourism company offering customized tours to his native land of Panama. As the owner of two separate properties in Panama, his expertise concerning Panama and Panama real estate, as well as his connections within Panama's tourism industry are of great value to educating APP clients and giving them an insiders look at Panama.

Vanessa Forry-Falcon
Assisting Patrick with sales in the Chicago-land area will be Vanessa Forry-Falcon, a real estate agent currently working for Century 21 – Oak Park. Vanessa has always had an interest in the world and has even lived in Italy for 3 years. Vanessa is a Certified International Property Specialist and serves on the International Working Committee for the Illinois Association of Realtors, as well as the Chicago Realtors International Committee. She is also the secretary for the Illinois chapter of FIABCI (The International Real Estate Federation). Vanessa brings years of experience and industry knowledge to APP, which she uses to educate potential buyers.
